Short version: FitsCheck is a free and premium AI wardrobe tool. Use it honestly. The AI gives suggestions — final decisions are yours. We're not liable if a recommendation doesn't work out.

1. Description of Service

FitsCheck is an AI-powered men's wardrobe assistant that analyzes photos of clothing items and provides outfit recommendations, style advice, and product suggestions with affiliate links. A free tier allows up to 20 wardrobe items. A premium subscription at $4.99/month provides unlimited wardrobe storage and advanced features.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FitsCheck only for lawful purposes. You may not upload photos that contain illegal content or violate third-party rights, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our service, use automated tools to generate requests, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo you grant us a temporary license to process it for generating recommendations. This license ends immediately when processing is complete. We do not store, claim ownership of, or use your photos for any other purpose.

5. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

Style recommendations generated by FitsCheck are produced by AI and are for informational and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute professional styling advice. Results may vary. We make no guarantees that following our recommendations will produce any particular outcome.

6. Affiliate Links

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FITSCHECK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia.
